The sole purpose of our donation auctions is to provide the auction donor with a gift to show our appreciation for your monetary donation. Be reminded that typically a monetary donation is usually without a gifted item and the donation comes purely from the generosity of the donating person, so this is a win-win for you and our ICC HOPE Foundation




Please read the following Donation Auction Procedures and Conditions closely.

By submitting a Donation Auction form in this Donation Auction, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Donation Auction Procedures and Conditions.


You must submit a Donation Auction Donor form in order to participate in this auction before the closing day stated on the ICCSA website. Your submission takes only a few moments. Please visit and click on the “ICC HOPE Foundation” tab. Please enter all of the required Donation Auction Donor form information and click “Submit”. You will only be allowed to submit one (1) form per item for this donation auction. Upon form submission you will receive an email confirming receipt of your form. At our sole discretion, and for any reason, ICCSA Donation Auctions retains the right to revoke any submission previously submitted. In the event that any Donation Auction Donor form is revoked, the donor will be notified by phone and/or email. If you have any problems submitting a Donation Auction Donor form, please contact the ICC HOPE Foundation toll-free at 1 (800) 560-9103 or email All Donation Auction Donor forms and donor information shall remain confidential within ICCSA Donation Auction secure browsing.


This is a company-sponsored donation auction.  All items that meet approval for this donation auction will be awarded to the auction donors who submit the most generous donation amount per item. Donation Auction Donor submissions for all items in a donation auction will open on a MONDAY and close on a FRIDAY weekly when item(s) are up for donation at


IMPORTANT: END DONATION AUCTION PROCEDURE.  Deadline to submit Donation Auction Donor forms is 9:00 PM CST (7:00 PM Pacific/10:00 PM Eastern) on FRIDAY’s. No new Donation Auction Donor forms will be accepted after this deadline. Please submit your initial Donation Auction Donor form as early as possible before the end donation auction period to avoid getting shut out of the donation auction.



A donation invoice will be emailed to the winning auction donor. Because this is a For-Profit Donation Auction the gifted item WILL NOT be re-sold by the donor as a retail item. ICCSA is not responsible and will be held harmless from any and all legal matters and damages from any re-selling of an item donated to the auction and gifted to the auction donor. The donation invoice submitted to the auction donor is in no way a receipt for the re-sell of the donation gift to anyone.


The donation amount listed on your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from ICCSA in the order donation invoice payments are received. Please allow up to three (3) business days following clearance of your donation payment for item to ship. All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and you will receive an email once your item has shipped(Be reminded this is a gift item not a sale item)




By submitting a Donation Auction Donor form to ICCSA you are entering into a legal and binding contract. No donation made may be retracted under any circumstances once your donation invoice payment has cleared. In the event of a disagreement regarding the donation, the determination of ICCSA shall be final. Note: This is a donation auction and not to be considered as a product sale.


The Capitalized (Bold) Heading is included in the photo for each item up for donation auction. In addition to the Capitalized Heading, the on-line photo includes a detailed item description for each item. It is important to read the item description for a complete description of the gift contents, conditions, quantities, and details of each item.


The donated item will remain with ICCSA or the donating private party until donor donation funds have cleared. ICCSA Donation Auctions retains the right to withdraw any item in the auction prior to the closing day of the auction for any reason whatsoever and shall have no liability for such withdrawal. ICCSA Donation Auction retains the right to revoke, post-pone or delay the auction for any reason including for reasons beyond their control, without recourse from any donation donor. By participating in this donation auction, the donor consents to the application of the laws of the state of Texas without application of conflicts of laws and the jurisdiction of the state of Texas in the county of Bell.

AS IS (Means scratches, flaws and current state of condition)

All items are gifted “as is” without any representations, authentications or warranties by ICCSA Donation Auction or the Private Donor as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the item description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature, or historical relevance of any item and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the description, an advertisement, an invoice of donation, a social media posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. ICCSA Donation Auction and the Private Donor(s) make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to whether ICCSA acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction rights of any item. ICCSA and the Private Donor are not responsible for errors and omissions in the website literature, or any supplemental material or regarding any failure of the donation auction to execute any donation on behalf of the donor.


Returns of any donation gift will not be allowed. The sole purpose of our donation auction is to provide the auction donor with a gift to show our appreciation for your monetary donation. Be reminded that a typical monetary donation is usually without a gifted item and the donation comes purely from the generosity of the donating person.

The parties agree to submit any dispute that may arise in connection with the donation auction to arbitration in Bell County, Texas. Agreement between donor and ICCSA shall be governed and construed in accordance to the laws of the state of Texas.
