I.C.C. Juvenile Retention Project OfficerTM has the primary responsibility of montoring, mentoring and developing youth ages 12 to 18 on achieving success in life. Our Officer focus is to prevent at-risk behavior, and introduce them to career opportunities. JRO duties involve visiting students' homes, schools and meeting with parents, social workers, school administrators and law enforcement agencies to address youth life growth issues. The best benefit is keeping track of students regarding school attendance and peer association.
